Research themes

Research at the Dijon Research Centre is divided between three clusters of scientists, in association with our partners on the Grand Campus; i.e. the University of Burgundy, AgroSup Dijon (National College for Advanced Studies in Agriculture, Dijon) and CNRS. These three scientific clusters correspond to three INRA Structuring Operations, to which are linked inter-institute research federations organised at the level of the Burgundy campus.

The three Structuring Operations:

• Flavour, food, sensoriality
• Agroecology, sustainable agriculture
• Landscape and development
